Perc Errors

Can anyone tell me what these errors may be inidcating? Micorsoft KB is of no help regarding event id: 20
 
 
\Device\AFA0 : ID(1:09:0); Error Event [command:0x28] 
 
\Device\AFA0 : ID(1:09:0); Recovered Error [k:0x1,c:0x18,q:0x3] 
 
\Device\AFA0 : ID(1:09:0); Recovered Data With CIRC

Do you know what type/model of PERC controller you have? This could be helpful in determining the answer. You may obtain the model during POST.
