"Physical disk erase" vs slow initialization
Hi,
I've got a large number of servers with SSDs and I'd like to ensure all data on them is wiped.
How effective is creating a raidset with all drives on a server and performing a slow initialization on it, compared to using the Physical disk erase function on each disk? Both methods claim to wipe the data.
Thanks
Nick

Both will erase all data from the drive. System erase will be easier to use as it can be initiated easily. Please note both method will take lot of time to complete bases on number of disks and their capacity. What server and drives you have?
