Poweredge 1400sc Disk System Error
the device \device\harddisk1\dr4 is not ready for access yet
Started seeing this at a customers site today ....... this is all the errors that I'm getting
Looking at Hard Disk 1 and 0 they show Healthy
any ideas ?

Had to answer my own question guys ...... LOOK IN THE BOOK I GUESS
Event Message:
The device, name , is not ready for access yet.
Source Event Log Event ID Event Type
Various System 15 Error
User Action:
Retry the operation. If you continue to receive this message, run hardware diagnostics on the disk drive named in the message and on its controller. You might need to contact the vendor of the device for technical support, and you might have to replace the controller, the disk drive, or both.
