PowerEdge R310 4 Disks Raid 10 Disk Failed

Have a PowerEdge R310 server with 4 disks in Raid 10 out of warranty.  A couple weeks ago it started showing the following message: e1810 hard drive 1 fault review and clear sel,  we replaced the damaged disk with a new one selected it as "hot spare" rebuild started for the disk & completed.  After one day it showed same message.  Replaced with new disk & rebuild, everything finished correctly but after 3 days failed, on the OpenManage utility Logs shows:  Disk medium error detected: Physical Disk 0:0:1 Controller 0, Connector 0    after that  Device failed: Physical Disk 0:0:1 Controler 0, Connector.

Firmware on PERC S300  (Raid Controller) is the latest version.

Server has not been restarted since first errors a couple weeks back. Any utilities to run to see if it's actually the disk failing or anything else?

Open Manage shows all physical disks online, but Virtual Disk is in Degraded State.
