PowerEdge R320 no boot device found

We have a DELL PowerEdge R320 in my office. we configured it with RAID 5 and installed Esxi 6.5.but all of a sudden last week when we come to office in the morning. it wouldn't boot and displayed a "No boot Device Found". We really need to get the data on that server because we don't have any backed up data. Is there any hope for us. We really some help. I got some screenshots here.20220926_082417.jpg20220926_091104 copy.jpg

On H310 Mini Configuration utility can you share screen shot of PD Mgmt. and Foreign View pages. You can also check hard disk LED status. Refer below link for LED status

https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/en-us/poweredge-r320/r320ownersmanual/hard-drive-indicator-patterns?guid=guid-92739fd4-f7c7-47e8-937a-a3a761e285a1&lang=en-us

If all disks are showing as foreign then you can try to import foreign configuration and see whether it can recover the virtual disk and data. Please note that importing foreign disk does not guarantee that you will get the virtual disk back. Some time we seen that disks are shown as foreign when there are disk failure and while importing foreign disks it end up in disk and virtual disk failure.
