PowerEdge T710 Raid 5 array
Can anyone tell me the exact steps to replace the HD's in the array when they start to fail. It has PERC6. There are 4 drives in the array and two are failing.
Can they be hot swapped without downtime?

Can and SHOULD. Never power down a server to introduce a hot-swappable drive. Assuming you have a RAID 5 and the disks are showing as "pred fail" and not actually failed yet, force one offline, pull it, insert new one to rebuild (assign as hot-spare if rebuild doesn't happen automatically).
What is your RAID configuration? and what is the EXACT status of each drive?

We are. Can you tell from the screens I sent you if I can just pull the drives out and put new ones in, will it rebuild or should I go to the bios and create a new raid -5?

Make sure you are logged into the server and/or to OMSA as a local or domain admin. Admin rights are required for changes to the system through OMSA.

There should be an option to force it offline - could be out of date drivers or firmware or a mismatch with the version of OMSA - but since there is not the expected option, just pull the drive and replace it.
