R630 with SSD RAID array

Question

Hello!

I justo bought a Poweredge R630 with PERC H330 & without drives, and I'd like to build an array with SSD disks:

Option 1: array of 2 x 500GB in RAID 1 configuration

Option 2: array of 3 x 500GB in RAID 5 configuration

(Choosen option will depen on the drives cost)

I initially thought about useing consumer SSD drives like Crucial MX500 but I've read about performance or configuration problems when using not Dell certified drives.

What do you think? Could you advise any model or part number?

Heya,  Regarding R630 What 4TB SSDs could you suggest for software RAID and also what SSDs for PERC H730P? RAID 10 Works Crucial MX500 and Samsung 870 EVO? (Both 4 TB)  Thank you
