Raid Conifguration Change

Hey Guys,  here's a  question for all you raid enthusiasts!

 

I have a couple of Dell PowerEdge 2800 server with a raid 5, 3 disk configuration. I was wondering if anyone knew if it were possibly to change a raid 5, 3 disk configuration to a Raid 1 with a hotspare configuration without loosing any information on the server. If anyone can give me some info or some advice that would be great!!!
