RAID CONTROLLER BATTER CAPACITY < 24 HR

Good day,

I have a battery that is being overnighted.  Will I have to clear out the error after the battery is replaced or will it clear out automatically.  I'm assuming also the server will have to be powered down. 

1. What risk am I dealing with?  If we experience a power outage the UPS will support the server for a short time.  Am I at risk of losing the RAID should we experience said power loss?
