RAID Question
Hi everyone!
I'm new to this RAID-world and I'm just wondering what will happen if suddenly the disk that has the OS and set as the default boot disk fails while in operation, would it automatically make the second disk catch all the job? Still talking about RAID 1 with 2 disks.. thanks guys in advance!

Yes, both disks are identical - both have the OS, both have the boot files. both have the data - so if one fails, the other will field all I/O.
