Replace Perc3 board

Hi,

We had a Server failure and Dell sent us a new one. Now i just want to switch my disk from the old server to the new server. They are configured as a Raid-5 area using a Perc3 controller. How can i make this Perc-3 controller recognize the old area without loosing any information in the Raid-5 area and only switch the new drives to the new server. The rest is identical. Thansks.
