Resize/extend RAID1 virtual disk

Question

We have a PE2600 PERC 4/Di with 1 virtual disk using 2x 70gb at RAID 1. Windows has 2 partitions C @ 12gb, D @ 56gb. The data drive (D) is running out of space.    I have 2x 140gb replacement disks and am wanting to replace and extend the RAID 1 virtual disk from 70gb to 140 gb. And then to extend the data (d) disk in windows. I'm wanting to-do this with the server still in use.   I've looked in the BIOS and used the Array Manager but cannot seem to find a way to extend or reconfigure the size of the RAID 1 virtual disk. I think i've done this in the past with a Pe2400 PERC2 using FAST.   Can any one help ?

Use Server Administrator .  OMSS (OpenManage Storage Services) has taken the place of Array Manger and is part of the Server Administrator package.

Backup -> Recreate array from Scratch -> Reload OS -> Restore.   Replacement of larger drive sizes is not supported in an array expansion.
