Server Assistant will not Boot

I have a PowerEdge 4300 Server.  I reconfigured the RAID configuration and am now attempting to boot the server with the Dell Openmanage Server Assistant Version 5.4.0. The message appears "A bootable cd rom is detected in your cd rom drive"..."Your cd rom drive is now assigned as drive A. The original drive A has been assigned drive B". However it appears that the floppy drive A still thinks it's A and the CD will not boot.

All it ends up giving me is a command prompt A:.

Any suggestions on how I get the Server Assistant to boot up?

Thanks.

Hemm, seems funny things here.

How about giving a try to flash back the BIOS or set the BIOS to default value ?

Suspected BIOS giving you hard times and funky error.
