Server T320 Display Problem
Dear Dell Team,
I am facing a problem powering the Dell T320 Poweredge. After turning it on, the display is not showing, there is just a black screen on the monitor. It is sometimes bright or dark but remains a black screen.
Initially, all the fans blow at full speed later slow. The server will restart after pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del anytime.

Hello Muhammad Mairaj,
I'm sorry to see the video is not showing on the monitor.
Can you tell me any history on the system?
Was it working and now does not?
If so was anything done around the time it stopped, any hardware changes or updates applied?
Some initial steps I can recommend:
*Try different monitor and monitor cables
*Remove any third party parts
*Try rear and front vga port (front is available in rack configuration only)

Hey Charles,
Hope you are doing well...!
Thanks for your quick response and support.
Telling you about system history, the server was connected to a process industry, it was in running condition, an industrial controller connected to it, and multiple stations connected to the server via switches.
Suddenly, we experience a loss of view on the server display. But the server was in running condition and communicated with process stations.
We have checked the server with multiple monitors and cables but the system displayed only a black screen. Later on, after a few days during the checking, I experience server started without display (black screen). It seems that the server stays on the login screen but when I pressed Ctrl+Alt+Del, the server restarted. Maybe it failed to boot.
Initially, after turning on the server, fans blew in full speed, and then came to a normal state just as normally happened. It seems that system now booting and moved to the login window, but it restarted when pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del at any time.
Therefore, I concluded that it's unable to boot. Because, if it stays on the login screen so it wouldn't be restarted by pressing it Ctrl+Alt+Del.
Thank you,

Hello Muhammad Mairaj,
Thank you for the update.
Was anything done around the time it stopped, any hardware changes or updates applied?
Have you remove any third party parts?
Try a flea power drain check results. If still no video try clear NVRAM and check results:
drain flea power (shut down, disconnect power cables and Network cables, hold in power button 20 seconds with cords removed). After flea power drain, system has to set for 3 minutes for DRAC to reset without any power plugged in, then plug in NIC and power but wait 2 minutes before power on to give DRAC time to initialize.
Clear NVRAM
How to Perform a BIOS or CMOS Reset and Clear the NVRAM on Dell Systems. I'd recommend to use the Jumper method.
