Unknown Storage error, RAID Volume not mounted

Hey All,

I have an old PowerEdge R510 that's been running perfectly for the past year I've had it. I noticed an amber system status led blinking and shut it down to research the meaning. I didn't really know what the issue was so I started up, and connected to OpenManage using Remote Desktop (can't figure out how to launch OM from other PCs on the network). I've attached in order the OM screens I see. I've browsed the net and boards and can usually figure anything out but I don't know what OM is telling me is wrong - back plane connector? Failing H700? But boot volume works fine...r510-prob-1.pngr510-prob-2.pngr510-prob-3.pngr510-prob-4.pngr510-prob-5.pngr510-prob-6.pngAny help appreciated!

R510

DUAL XEON E5620@2.4GHz

RAM: 16 GB

PERC H700

RAID 0 Volume: Win Server 2012 R2 (Running fine)

RAID 1 Volume: See screens - drives visible in OM but Volume doesn't mount

RAID 0 VOLUME config is RAID 5, 4 SEAGATE ST000NM001, 1 SAME AS HOT SPARE

Can you share the picture of virtual disk page also? Did you know which drives are part of RAID 0 of Operating system and RAID 1. Four of the drives (I assume it is part RAID 5) are shown as foreign drives. So importing foreign drive could recover that virtual disk. Please note import foreign configuration can fail if there are issue on physical disks.
