Windows 2012 Foundation ISO
Hi,
I have Dell T110 II with Windows 2012 Foundation license. I need reinstall operating system, but I don't have installation disks. Is it possible to download installation disk image?

No, OS downloads are not available from Dell. You can use the eval, then activate using your key though:

Windows Server 2012 Evaluation can be upgraded to datacenter or standard edition. Is there any chance to install Foundation edition without dell provided installation disks?

Not sure I caught that you were using Foundation earlier. Foundation is only available from OEM's (there is not even an eval associated with it). Short of using OEM media, you would need to get the media from an MSDN (or TechNet) account.
