Admin password complexity - PE800 - Windows server 2003

Question

When I installed Windows server 2003 on the PE800 using the Open Management software, I left the Admin password blank during this installation.  where are passwords stored and how can they be changed as to their complexity - what they consist of; their length, etc.  How do I change the Admin password complexity?  Can this setting be changed to suite my network and domain needs?  How?

All of these setting can be changed in the security policy. All the policy editors can be found in the admin tools.
