I have had exactly the same error on a 2550 and on a 1655MC blade, it only occurs with the SP1 version of W2K3, it does not happen with the non service packed version.
 
If you do a google search for amdide.sys you will find lots of the same errors.
 
It would be nice to get a comment from Dell tech support?

This is a bug in Dell Server Assistant. It was fixed in DSA version 8.5 and later.

Note that DSA 8.5 was released Feb 05, approx 7 months prior to the posting of this query, which is likely why nobody from Dell Technical support would know the answer.

skip the DSA and boot from the cd. Load windows from there.
No Events found!
