Boot issues like this on Dell servers usually end up being firmware-related rather than Windows itself. I’ve seen EFI errors pop up after BIOS or firmware updates that quietly change boot order or UEFI settings. Double-checking UEFI vs legacy mode, rebuilding the boot entries, and updating iDRAC/BIOS together often fixes it. It’s annoying, but usually recoverable without a full reinstall.

As managing up to 1000 Hosts i have no clue what youre talking about and we patch with OME/OMEVV on a regular basis.
Yes i saw problems in the past.... for sure there might be a issues in the future.. But not worth to create a posting about without any technical detail.
