Cannot log in to anything

Hi - I hoper there is someone who can give me a hand with this as Ive been posting about this for about a week. We are getting ready to have our new infrastructure turned over to us by consultants. A full VX Rail infrastructure and Im trying to take Dell Learning in addition to all of my reading. However, every time I try to login, I get returned to this site:

learning.dell.com/eduservice/parseSAML

and just a blank page.

My work, home and laptop systems, using edge, chrome, and arc, regular and incognito are all unable to log in to your learning site. Can anyone help with this?

Thanks.

Hi there!

I understand how frustrating it can be when you’re trying to log in and keep running into issues, especially when you're gearing up for such a big infrastructure handover. It sounds like you're experiencing a login loop when trying to access Dell Learning, which can sometimes happen due to a few common reasons.

Here are a couple of things you could try to resolve the issue:

  1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, old session data can cause login problems. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and then attempt to log in again.

  2. Use Incognito/Private Mode: If clearing the cache doesn’t work, try opening a new incognito or private browsing window and logging in from there. This can bypass some issues related to stored session data.

  3. Check Your Account Credentials: Double-check that you’re using the correct username and password. If you’re unsure or have recently updated your login info, try resetting your password to see if that helps.

  4. Try a Different Browser or Device: Sometimes the issue might be browser-specific. If possible, try accessing Dell Learning from a different browser or device to rule out compatibility issues.

  5. Contact Dell Support: If none of these steps work, it might be worth reaching out to Dell’s support team directly. They should be able to help troubleshoot the issue, especially if it's account-related or a specific system configuration issue.

@davidhussey Have tried all of the aforementioned steps. Just tried clearing cache again: no go.

Thanks.

It appears the issue might be related to the URL, which may have been changed or upgraded. I recommend reaching out to support (or account contact) to obtain the current link for the resource website.

It sounds frustrating to deal with login issues, especially when you're preparing for new infrastructure deployment. Since you've tried multiple browsers and devices, there are a few things you can try. First, clearing the cache and cookies in your browsers can sometimes resolve login problems. Additionally, if you're using a VPN or corporate network, try switching to a different network (like a home or mobile hotspot) to see if any network-related restrictions are causing the issue. Make sure your browsers allow cookies and pop-ups, as some login processes may require these. If none of these steps work, reaching out to Dell support directly could provide more specific troubleshooting steps based on your infrastructure setup. Best of luck with your new VX Rail setup!

Thanks though.

I’ve seen similar issues before—it might be related to how the SAML authentication is set up. Have you tried clearing your browser cache or using a different network (like a mobile hotspot) to see if it makes a difference?
