I would like to thank you for all your responses, that was very useful to me. Finally my problem is solved.

After applying post-sp4a fixes, i made the following

1) delete the "backup job queue" through consoleone
2) downgrade SMS to version available into tsa5up18.exe file (available at Novell Website)
3) restarte server
4) type "load qman new" and create a new object
5) type smsstart.ncf
6) type load SBSC manually

And now, my backup works fine through sbcon.
