Which RAID controller are you using?  You likely need the driver.  Also, depending on which PERC controller you are using, some do not support non-RAID, so you must configure RAID in the CTRL-R utility before any drives can be seen by the OS, even with the right drivers.

Couple of questions for my understand:

1. In Server BIOS F2 -> Can you ensure you have set SATA/ATA mode for detecting HDDs

2. While the server is booting - does it show Controller BIOS (CTRL + R) option for entering controller bios. If so can you key in CTRL + R and observe the HDDs display.

3. If you are having Software RAID (S110) instead of physical storage controller (H710/H310) can you observe the HDDs when keyed in CTRL + R for controller bios page?

4. Is the Server in BIOS mode ? (F2 -> Boot Mode -> BIOS)

If points 1 to 4 are as satisfied as expected, could you also attempt to install the OS on the server with DELL SMTD Iso support:

Thanks for the reply. i download the file and extra it. still i can't detect the HDD.

yes i did run the EXE file. then transfer to USB and put in to T320. then i browse it to USB where the extracted file.

i try to select file but still no drive is been found.

Did you run the EXE above to extract its contents?  The EXE cannot be used as a driver file.

Describe how exactly you are trying to load the driver.

Dear Sir,

I just had this T320 and my problem now is i dont have any cd's, drives, manuals, etc. coz they shipped this from china. I tried to follow all instructions but failed to find the 2 500HDD installed (Dell Constellation).

Please help me to run the system.  I tried ATA AHCI RAID and so on but failed to detect the hard drive.
