Docs/info about setup program on PE2850

I'm having my new PE2850s delivered directly to a hosting facility, and I will have no physical access to them (I'm in Australia).

They are going to be set up fresh by tech support people at the hosting facility.

Is it possible to get hold of documentation, or a description, of the setup process for brand new servers? This is so I can give some guideance to the tech support people about how to setup the NIC addresses, etc.
