The drac 4 can only send traps on baseboard events. These include Temperature, voltage, fans, and miscellaneous events. No storage. For storage traps you will need to install Server Admin with the OMSM option.
No. I can personally guarantee that the DRAC is not capable of sending any storage information at all.
Only information you'd see in the System section of Server Administrator is available via the DRAC. You can monitor with SNMP and OMSA and use the DRAC for working in the BIOS. If you were able to setup SNMP it could be arranged but the Redundancy degraded alerts from the DRAC are for power and fans only.
