EISA Partition problem

Build a PE2850 using the new Installation and Server Management CD ver 4.4. Everything ok until I did and Image of the server using Acronis True Image and restored that image to another piece of hardware. When the restore completed, and the server was rebooted, it diplayed "Starting Windows 95" and went to a A:> prompt.  Various restored were attempted to include exclusion of the EISA partition. When the EISA partition was excluded, the server would not boot, got error that the hardware was not correct.  Would appreciate any assistenance with this problem.  NOTE - this does not happen when the server is built using the Server Assistant ver 8.3.
