Install SBS 2011 to T310
Got a new T310 in and messed up the setup of the OS, and long story short I need to do a clean install of SBS 2011, but I keep getting an error saying that there is no drive located on DR0 when it loads the dell os disk. I haven't changed or touched the Raid 1 setup, so can't see what the issue is. Tried it through UEFI, but with bios boot, and straight from disk with no luck. Do I need to re-setup the raid, or am I simply missing something?

Hi,
Let us know if you are trying to use Systems Build & Update Utility (SBUU) Open Manage 7.0 for installation of SBS2011 on T310. It is suggested to utilize the OM DVD shipped for the respective OS installation. Could u boot with the OM 7.0 DVD (shipped along with the server) and try to install the same OS. The advantage with this is that the respective drivers are automatically injected for your installation.
1. Ensure that the server is in BIOS mode. Boot the server with OM7.0 DVD support.
2. Create a RAID or retain the existing one (if feasible)
3. Proceed the installation wizard and kick start the installation through OM DVD
4. Installation will kickstart and server will continue to reboot asking for SBS 2011 DVD
5. Provide the DVD and proceed with the installation. Good luck :)
Note : Pls ensure to have a minimum of 4GB RAM for installation of SBS 2011
Thanks

Thanks Vivek,
That seems to have done the trick, I wasn't previously using the OM DVD, lesson learned.
