Installing 2003 on poweredge sc600

I am replacing HD on server, have not found away to move existing 2003 install on new drive.
 
When installing fresh copy 2003 standard server, setup fails with NBdetect failed.
 
I could not find intel pro1000 driver that I could download to put on a floopy.
 
Anyone know how to move a system to a new drive.  New drive has to small of a system partician, thats why I need to replace the hd.
 
or where I can download a driver to do a fress install.
 
I cann't even restore a backup unless I can get a install.

The best option is to use drive imaging software to copy the load to a new drive. They will allow the move to a larger drive. Examples include Acronis True Image, R-Drive amd Norton Ghost.
