Installing SQL2005 Std. on Win2003 Std. Svr.

I plan to install SQL 2005 Standard on a Win 2003 Standard Server box.  The box is a PowerEdge 2950 w/2x80Gb in RAID1 and 3x500Gb in RAID5.  I plan to install Win2003 on the RAID1 array.

For best performance, is it recommended to also install SQL on the RAID1 array w/just the data and logs on the RAID5 array, or install SQL on the RAID5 with it's data and logs?

Thank you,

What did you find in the SQL best practice guides about raid recommendations?
