installing windows xp,advance server 2000 etc.

my 6100 was down gor the count with no help from dell but the ntfs file system left over from the last time it crasshed posed a definite problem until I used winteralss ntfs dos.  Yes windows would load and copy iniyial files until the first boot and then read errors or whatever.  ntfsdos is like a dos boot disk except it can see the ntfs file system through the raid scsi system. I just foratted a made a 2 gig partition and sys c.  after that i popped the bootable cd of your choice and formatted and installed on the rest of the array.  Just leave the fat partion on there so windows knows that there is a drive there.  Have fun......
