I'm seeing this on seven of our servers, all with Windows 2003. I have a case open with Dell, but so far they've just suggested to update the drivers and firmware.
It seemed to be a non-critical issue with the hibernation mode. The system awakes from hibernation and attempts to check certain system components. For some reason the check occurs before all of the components have rewoken, causing the machine check error. I disabled the Hibernation and the error hasn't returned.
