Openmanage gets Loading PBR Descriptor 2...Done

I put in Openmanage Server Assistant (as I would like to wipe out and reinstall a new OS) on my server.  I go through Openmanage (downloaded from the downloads area for the latest Server Assistant (version 8.7) for a Poweredge 4400.  I go through Server Setup, everything is fine.  Set up my RAID, partition size (16GB) and when I reboot.  I get that error message.

Loading PBR Descriptor 2...Done.

NTLDR is missing

What am I doing wrong?  I've tried it 2 times on 2 different 4400 servers.

An update, I am still getting this error, and I have tried smaller boot drives, 12GB, 10GB, 8GB to no avail.  I still get the above message.

Hi
This is purely software related. Try with a boot partition of less than 4gb (this was a limitation of previous NTFS systems). Probably this is not the solution, but is a good start. Have you tried to install manualy without using Openmanage? If I were you, I would try to install without using Openmanage to see if there is a problem with Server Assistant and your system.

When you see the PBR message, it usually indicates a corrupted boot partition. Another possibility is to manually create the RAID without using server assistant.

I tried the 4GB partition from OpenManage and it still fails with the same message.  I also created the RAID using Ctrl-M from the POST.  I think I can install the OS without Server Assistant, but I wanted to do it with the OpenManage.  Oh well.  I wasted 1.5 days trying to get it to work on 2 different machines with 2 different versions of OpenManage.  I'm giving up and I'll just install the OS without OpenManage.
