PE 1950 Server 2003 Std Install Problems

I am trying to install Server 2003 Std on a new PE1950.  The OS does install fine but when I go to "My Computer", the system partition is only 4.77GB....the same size as a DVD.  Disk management reports the correct partition size.  I've also tried using the CD set that came with our PE2950 servers and get the same results.  2 hard drives in RAID1 using a SAS 6 controller.  Anyone have any ideas?
