PERC Raid utility
Where can I get a GUI management software so that I can manage the RAID set and controller from inside Windows 2003? Dell's website doesn't mention anything about such a utility.

Depends on which PERC you are talking about.
Some arent supported at all under 2000/2003.
The old FAST software was replaced by the "Array Manager" software.
