Thanks. I dont like the solution but its look like I have no choice

I also had this problem with a PE2400 and W2K3. After contacting Dell Support, they responded that it's really only a "Costmetic" problem with the Backplane and that the hardware was actually funtioning correctly. The Tech suggested that I try the "Floppy" version of the ESM upgrade to resolve the issue, but after thinking about it, I decided I could deal with the "Costmetic" flaw. This was after searching high and low for the driver.

I don't know if this is too late to help you, but I pointed my location to the mraid35x.sys driver located in the c:\windows\system\drivers folder.  It then asked a location for a Dell Raid driver, I pointed it again to the mraid35x.sys driver.  It installed a Dell 1x6 backplane driver and I haven't seen a driver request since.
