Problem Devices in Windows 2000 Server

PowerEdge 2600, tag 9r3y91x When the server boot up and showed the Windows 2000 screen, the system stop response for around 5 mins and the bar in the bottom was 2/3 loaded. There is no '!' in the device manager but there are 6 items in the Problme Devices under Computer management. All of them are System Interrupt controller with Error Code 28. Ohe of the PNP Device ID is PCI\VEN80868DEV_14618SUBSYS_0000000008xREV_04\48x2D9662798x08E010 How can I fix this problem?

Download and unzip the Intel E7500 chipset driver.

Righ click on the ini file and select install.

Go into system manager and update the drivers for each of the 6 devices using this newly downloaded file.
