RAID 6, 3 disks failed
Hello Everyone
PowerEdge 720xd with a RAID 6
The RAID stopped working when the third disk stopped to work. I bought new HDDs and tried to replace the the old ones but the controller doesn't allow me to rebuild the disks and put the raid online again.
What can I do to recover the RAID ?
I tried to put then in hotspare to see if they recover the raid automatically but no success

I'm afraid there's nothing much I can tell you about "3 disks" situation: When it comes RAID 6, only up to 2 disks are manageable. You are recommended to reduce the number of disks.
