sc430 load problems
I have a DSC430 which refuses to load the OS. I have checked the hardware via the dell diagnostics and its fine. I have also I believe cleared the NVRAm with no success. It was working up to a week ago, however now when the bios screen disappears the screen gos blank.

Reseat all motherboard components. (memory, processors, risers, etc....)
Flash the BIOS from floppy or USB key floppy emulation.
If neither of those work, find out what the minimum to POST configuration is for your server and take it down to that configuration. If you can get it to POST in that configuration, start adding components back one at a time until you find the guilty part.
If all of that fails, you probably have a faulty system board and need to have it replaced.
