Is there a message ID associated with this error message? It looks like an SNMP message from the RAC, which indicates that the SNMP Community name on the card is incorrect or has not been set.
This appears to be an caused by an SNMP Authentication trap. On the Windows servers you can check/disable this in the properties of the SNMP service on the source server. Choose the Security tab, then uncheck the "Send Authentication Trap" checkbox.
I have tried that check box approach and it was already unchecked so that is not the problem but I appreciate your advice. I called Dell tech support on this issue and verified that the snmp string match the box and whats in ITA. I will keep digging and let you guys know if find anything else out on this. Thanks again for all your thoughts!
If the trap names are correct, and with correct permissions (read write) and you've allowed from local host and the ITA server (or trap server) and the check mark is unchecked, make sure you've restarted the services. Even if its ther, you hit apply and OK, it won't take effect until the services are restarted (or server's rebooted - which I'm assuming you can't do.)
