T320 Server 2012 Essentials hangs on "Please wait while the installation continues"
Installing a brand new T320 RAID1 Server (2012 Essentials) today and getting the "please wait while the installation continues" screen forever..
Have assigned static IPs to the dual NICs as that is a known problem in previous versions..
Any way to see what the process is waiting for? All events look normal.. And the latest BIOS is installed.. No changes from straight out of the box from Dell..

Windoew Server 2012 Essentials OS was preloaded by Dell..
Goes straight to the "please wait while the installation continues" screen after boot. Skips login or any other screen. Has not completed the initial setup so can't use Server Manager or the Dashboard.

Problem Solved..
Used the Lifecycle Controller to OS install prep: www.dell.com/.../en
BIOS boot from DVD
Deleted Windows Partition
OS Re-installed from OEM DVD
Waited till it said No Network Connection
Assign static IP's to both NICs and plugged them into a network switch..
Reboot and it continued on after a 20 minute delay on the "please wait while the installation continues" screen.
