Would you confirm a couple things for me, to better understand the issue?

What is the specific part number for the drive?
Where are you looking for the drive (OS, Raid Controller bios, etc)?
Are you using a raid controller, if so, what raid controller are you using?
What is the OS installed, or intending to install?
