WIN SBS 2003 - SQL and Exchange
When Dell set up my new server they installed Windows Small Business Server 2003. Problem is: They used a 12 Gig partition for Operating system and remaining 200 Gigs is empty.
EXHANGE: I want to move the mailboxes and user folders for exchange to the larger partition (from C: to D:) But they have it all being stored on the machine in the C:. This will fill up rather quickly if I can not move all of this to a new location. When I try to move it it does not give me any other location options?
SQL: I have premium edition and SQL does not show up as being installed. Why is this? Do I have to install this part?
STORAGE: I should have a RAID configuration but when I look at the disk management it said NTFS and says nothing about RAID. My books saiys that each drive should be listed with a raid configuration. (System has 4 73 Gig drives)
Is there anyplace where I can go to see what settings Dell uses to setup a computer with Small Business Server 2003 Premium Edition? I just don't know what they installed and what the set as the defaults?
HELP, any comments would be greatly appreciated.
Shane

To move your Exchange mailboxes to another drive location.
1. Open Exchange System Manager Console
2. Right click on your First Storage Group
3. Click Browse for System Path Location
4. Select the path to where you want it to be stored and click OK
To install SQL insert your first SBS 2003 Disk and add the SQL server through the install wizard.
Your separate hard drives will not show up under Disk Management if you have a hardware RAID controller, to view the separate disks you will have to run the software management utility that came with the controller.

I looked there but all I get is :
delegate control, internet mail wizard, view, new window from here, refresh, Export list, properties, help
I checked here before and just don't see anything? I have setup one user and sent email (Internally) from user to user and got it but I just did not want to continue setting up users to find out that the storage location has to be setup during installation.

That is exactly where I went in the system:
Start, programs, microsoft exchange, system manager
This is strange because I think it should be much easier
