Window Task manager users send message to users
Can someone help me to setup send a message to user on Windows 2008rs on Windows Task manager user..
Well, this is what happened i right click on the taskbar and click on start task manager, click on user and right click on a user, click on send message, I type in a message and click OK and it said ( Your message to user Paul (sessionid=1) could not be sent. Access is denied. Can someone please help :).

The error you are getting normally is due to a lack of Message Special Access Permission rights. You can read more on that here. You will notice under the Additional Considerations section it mentions this permission. You can manage permissions on a per connection basis in Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration. The permissions are listed on the Security tab in the Properties dialog box for the connection.
Would you verify the permission level and see if that resolves it.

Hi,
how can i enable standard user to send messages to each other. it did work on send a message from administrator to standard user.
