Windows reports 4 processors installed?

If i check device manager or winmsd there are 4 processors listed in my PE 1750. There are only two installed. Any idea why?

I am running Windows 2003.

Hi,

The PowerEdge 1750 system supports a technology known as hyper-threading. Hyper-threading allows one processor to act as two logical processors by providing two different data paths on the same chipset. Thus, with one physical processor in the system, the OS sees two logical processors.
