Dell content player is not loading for available course

I've submitted 2 ticket with the support last week and haven't had a reaction from them so I'll try it this way:

Currently I'm trying to use my course but everytime I open the player it just doesn't load (see picture).

I've been trying different browsers and clearing the cache. I've even been trying it on my phone or iPad. It will not load.

i am facing the same problem but my Firefox Browser gives me a hint because it displays ".. dell.com forbids embedding...."  and the elearning runing from sabacloud.com. 

  • If i just click "Close Player" it will count as a successfull traning ;)
  • If i right klick "open page within new WINDOWS and log in again the video will be shown
  • If i use MS Edge the embedded content will be displayed

@Origin3k​ I’m currently doing a interactive training so I just have reading material I need to see.
