certificate issue (3.0.1100)

Question

Every time after I login to the GUI, there is an alert indicating pending certificate approval.  If I ignore it, the GUI will disconnect me after a few minutes.  I won't be ale to login again unless I close the GUI and relaunch.  If I approve the certificate, I can stay in the GUI longer.  However, when I login next time, there is pending certificate approval again.  Is the software designed to ask certificate approval every time you login GUI?

This article deals with MDM certs not staying approved.
