Hi,
Please check if the volume is mapped correctly to all the ESXi hosts and whether the GUID and the IP address of the second host are fine (scli --query_all_sdc). Also please make sure that your ESXi host has SDC module installed and configured properly, so it can talk to all the MDM IP addresses
(esxcli system module parameters list -m scini)

And all hosts mapped. I tried several times to rebuild the system. 1-2 host work well, others not. And each time different
