Here is the link to Unisphere for PowerMax 9.2.0 Online Help. Once you have downloaded and unzip it you can search it for the procedure for removing a lun.
in Unisphere for PowerMax, unmap the volumes and remove it from the storage group, you can remove the masking view from the SG to do the unmapping as well.
choose the volume need to do more action -->start --. free allocation for all --> run the job --> wait for some time, then you will be able to delete.
sometimes this is not work and you have to free allocation and/or reclaim unused capacity --> then free all --> and delete. its complicated procedure that take long time to complete.
unfortunately I didn't not find clear information about volumes deletion in the DellEMC online help
