Solaris mpxio and powerpath
I recently did a quick install of Solaris 10, then presented some Clariion disks to it and installed powerpath. I am now using the powerpath devices. However after noticing powerpath was only displaying 1 path to the disks, I realised that this is because MPXIO is enabled (Solaris's version of multipathing). My question is if I disable MPXIO and reboot, is it likely that the powerpath IDs will map to the correct disks, or will it see these as new disks and rename them (meaning I'll have to map them back to the correct IDs)?

Worst case scenario, With only 13 devices it will not take long to get them in the order you want using emcpadm utility.
