110t with arcserv 11.1
Hello,
i recently upgraded my firmware to the latest,
fortunatly arcserv 11.1 doesnt support that firmware, so i need to downgrade the firmware to revision e21v.
where can i get the password for the dell library and tape tools so i can perfrom downgrade?

your tool didnt work, it didnt identify that the 110t is attached.
but it seems that arcserv does work with the latest firmware, although arcserv doesnt report that firmware to be a working one.
also, is the symbios logic 875xs|d scsi card compatible with the 110t?

i believe in order for the tool to recognise the drive you must have a device driver loaded for it. If i remember correctly Arcserve uses pass through drivers so that app doesn't require you to have a device driver loaded. Not sure if you have a windows driver loaded or not but if not try loading one and test the tool again (if you need it in the future).
Not sure about that controller. If it is an LVD controller capable of SCSI-2 then it should be compatable, you may need to do some research on the web for that card.
