Hi,
I have added to my PV220s 5 new disks (1 array RAID5) but did not increased the size of the existing volume, instead I have 2 arrays.

A good documents from HP, cause I didn't found much at Dell.

I have a question now:
Both arrays contains different data,
Do I have to create a new "physical disk" cluster resource for the new array, or since the Shared Storage is "share nothing" (Active/Passive) and both Nodes are connected by SCSI to the PV220s.

Thanks
Roberto

I'm pretty sure the PERC controllers don't support any reconfiguration of RAID 10 or RAID 50 VDs.

The Gold Support Queue told me to create a new Cluster Resource "Physical Disk", the Cluster Service checks that only the online node can have access to the disk, in order to avoid Data corruption.
